Theme updates

Your settings live in your store, not in the theme files. Every choice you make in the theme editor — colors, section content, layout, wholesale settings — is saved to your store. Updating the theme replaces the code, not your customizations.

How to update

When a new version is available, update from the Shopify admin.

1. Open Online Store → Themes.
2. Find Wonpa in your theme library. When an update is ready, Shopify shows an update prompt.
3. Follow the prompt to add the new version. Shopify carries your settings and content across.
4. Preview the updated theme before you publish it.

Because settings are stored separately, an update never overwrites your theme-editor work. Preview first so you can see any new features before buyers do.

Note: If you edited the theme code directly, those file changes do not carry across an update. Keep code customizations in a separate copy of the theme, or reapply them after updating.
