A third-party app looks broken on my theme ​

Most apps add their content through app blocks, and where you place the block decides how it looks. An app dropped into the wrong spot, or one that hasn't been added at all, shows up empty or misaligned.

To place an app block:

  1. In the theme editor, open the page and section where the app belongs.
  2. Select Add block and pick the app's block, or add the Apps section and place the block inside it.
  3. For apps that output raw code snippets, use a Custom Liquid section or block instead.

Test changes on a copy so a broken app never touches your live store:

  1. In Online Store → Themes, use Duplicate on Wonpa.
  2. Add and configure the app on the duplicate, then preview.

If the app still renders wrong after correct placement, the issue is usually in the app itself. Contact us with the app name and a screenshot and we'll help narrow it down.
