My discount code won't apply
The cart's code box takes discount codes only. Type a gift card number there and it reverts, because a gift card isn't a discount — it's redeemed at checkout, on the payment step, not in the cart.
For a real discount code that still won't stick, the code isn't meeting its own conditions. Wonpa asks Shopify to apply it and reverts it when Shopify says it doesn't qualify. Check the discount in Discounts in your admin:
- The cart subtotal is below the code's minimum purchase.
- The code has expired or hit its usage limit.
- The code only applies to products, collections, or customers that aren't in this cart. Gift card products are excluded from most discounts.
When a code reverts, a short message appears in the cart. Fix the condition or use a qualifying cart, and apply it again.
