Customer accounts

Wonpa ships its own account templates: an order history list, an order detail page with line-level pricing, and a one-click reorder. Whether a buyer ever sees them depends on which version of customer accounts your store runs, so read the next section before you plan around them.

Which accounts render these pages

Accounts are Shopify's, not the theme's. Turn them on under Settings → Customer accounts in your Shopify admin; the theme has no setting that creates an account, signs a buyer in, or edits an order.

Legacy customer accountsThe theme — the pages documented below
Customer accounts (the current version)Shopify, hosted outside the theme

This matters for wholesale specifically: B2B requires the current version, and Shopify states plainly that "You can't use legacy customer accounts for B2B customers and orders." So on a B2B store, order history and reorder come from Shopify's hosted account pages, not from the templates described here. Legacy customer accounts are also deprecated.

Careful

If reorder is central to how your buyers work, plan on Shopify's hosted account area rather than these templates. The pages below apply to stores still on legacy accounts.

Order history

The account page shows past orders in a table: order number, date, payment status, fulfillment status, and total. Twelve orders show per page. The order number links to the order's detail page.

Order detail

Each line shows the product, SKU, price, quantity, and line total. Prices are what the buyer actually paid — when a discount applied to a line, the original price shows struck through next to the discounted one, and the discount's name appears under the product with the amount it took off. The totals add a Discounts row whenever a discount applied to the order.

A side panel carries the payment and fulfillment status, plus the shipping and billing addresses from the order.

Reorder

A Reorder button sits under the order heading. It puts every line of the order — same variants, same quantities — into the cart through a cart link, so it works without JavaScript. Lines whose variant no longer exists are left out.

Careful

Reorder replaces whatever is already in the cart; it doesn't merge. It uses the same cart-permalink mechanism as Copy order link on the quick order page. Buyers part-way through a basket should check out first.

Note

Reorder adds the original quantities at the buyer's current prices. If a price or volume break changed since the order, the cart reflects today's pricing.

Order dates

The placed-on date on the order detail page and the dates in the history table both render through Shopify's date format. The theme ships no per-language override for that format, so every language gets Shopify's default rendering. There is no setting to manage, and nothing to do if the dates read the same in every locale — that is the expected result.
