Launch checklist
Run through these ten items before you publish Wonpa or point traffic at it. Each one is a place where the demo defaults or a Shopify setting need your real details.
Add your logo. Open Theme settings → Brand and set Logo. The demo ships with a placeholder logo that won't exist in your store.
Build your main menu. The header reads the menu set in the Header section under Menu (the demo uses
main-menu). Edit the menu itself in Shopify admin → Content → Menus. A top-level item whose children have their own children renders as a mega menu — three levels deep. Two levels or fewer render as a plain dropdown.Check the footer payment icons. In the Footer section, Show payment icons is on by default. The icons reflect the payment methods enabled in your Shopify Payments settings, so confirm they match what you actually accept.
Set the freight threshold. Open Theme settings → Cart and set Free freight threshold to the order subtotal that unlocks free shipping, in whole currency units. The cart shows a progress meter toward it. Set it to 0 to hide the meter.
Review translations. If you sell in more than one language, open Shopify's Translate & Adapt and check the storefront strings and your own content. Captions under screenshots and section text need translating there, not in the theme editor.
Note: Translate & Adapt is a free Shopify app you install separately. Without it the store runs in its default language only.
Connect your policy pages. In Shopify admin → Settings → Policies, fill in refund, shipping, privacy, and terms. Wonpa's footer links to whatever policies you publish there.
Point the contact form at your inbox. The Contact form section submits to your store's contact email, set in Shopify admin → Settings → Store details. Send yourself a test message and confirm it arrives.
Upload a favicon. In Theme settings → Brand, set Favicon to a square image, at least 32×32px.
Remove the storefront password. In Shopify admin → Online Store → Preferences, turn off password protection so shoppers can reach the store. Leave it on if you're launching to approved accounts only.
Place a test order. Run one product through checkout end to end — add to cart, apply a discount code, and complete payment — to confirm pricing, freight, and confirmation emails behave.
