Why isn't the size grid showing on my product? ​

The size matrix only replaces the picker on products with exactly two options — typically color and size. A product with one option, or with three or more, keeps the standard variant picker instead.

To get the grid, check the product's options in your Shopify admin:

  1. Open the product and look at Variants.
  2. Confirm it has two option names, no more and no fewer. Color and Size is the usual pair.
  3. A product with only Size, or with Color, Size, and a third option, won't show the matrix.

There is no theme setting to turn the grid on. It appears automatically once a product has two options.
