Why are my prices hidden and showing "Sign in to see pricing"?
Login-gated pricing is on. When Hide prices for guests is enabled, logged-out visitors see "Sign in to see pricing" in place of prices and can't add to cart until they sign in.
To change it:
- Open Theme settings → Wholesale.
- Toggle Hide prices for guests off to show prices to everyone, or leave it on for a closed wholesale store.
The setting is off by default, so if you're seeing gated prices, it was turned on. It hides prices, buy buttons, and quick add for guests across product pages and cards. Signed-in customers always see their pricing.
